Residents have the freedom and independence to maintain their own schedules, work, attend appointments, visit family, participate in the community, and live their everyday lives while having a stable residence to return to.

Resident Expectations

To help maintain a safe, peaceful, and comfortable home, residents are expected to:

• Pay rent on time

• Respect other residents and their personal space

• Keep bedrooms and shared areas clean

• Follow established house rules

• Refrain from fighting, threats, disruptive behavior, and illegal activity

• Follow smoking and visitor policies

• Respect designated quiet hours

• Follow household security procedures

• Be capable of managing their own daily personal needs.

Mary’s Manor is housing — not a medical or nursing care facility.

Mary’s Manor does not provide skilled nursing, personal care, medication administration, medical treatment, or continuous supervision.

Residents who require medical, personal-care, or other specialized services are responsible for arranging those services separately through an appropriate licensed provider.
